DAVE BAIRD

"I have been with Roberts Irrigation since June of 1998, for 19 years I built and repaired center pivots along with drilling wells and installing pumps. Since 2017, I have had the opportunity to serve our customers from the office; from the daily operations of scheduling, to solving issues as they arise and providing solutions to move water. Now I have the opportunity to help grow our company and continue providing solutions to our customers as the Vice President and also through Solutions and Design of water movement systems. Due to our location in the Central Sands area we also enjoy irrigation projects on our small hobby farm located in Bancroft WI. My wife and I have been married for 19 years and have two wonderful children and two grandchildren that we thoroughly enjoy. My goals at Robert's Irrigation are to provide quality solutions that fit our customer's needs while planning for our future together in a manner that will allow for all of us to succeed and grow together!"

JASON STILES
SALES MANAGER
Jason has been with the company since April of 2023. He started out as our inside sales rep along with the service department then worked his way to being Sales Manager. Jason has been in the agricultural world for 10+ years! He loves to help local farms/farmers have a successful season and finds his job very rewarding in that manner. On Jason’s free time he coaches football at the local high school, goes hunting and fishing with his 5 kids. Jason's Favorite life motto is “rub some dirt on it!” says the Born and Raised in Texas man!

Hailey joined the sales team in the spring of 2022. She graduated from UW-Platteville with a Bachelors degree in Animal Science while gaining agronomic and sales experience along the way. With having little background in agriculture growing up, Hailey enjoys learning the design process behind irrigation systems, as well as gaining customer relationships. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys hunting, photography/design and her animals.

Collin Grew up working for his family's dairy/beef and cash crop farm in Adams, WI. Went to the University of Wisconsin-Platteville for Ag Business and Emphasis in Ag Engineering. Interned at Allied Cooperative where he mixed liquid fertilizer and scouted fields and spent a year at Flyte Family Farms as an operator. Collin has now been at Robert’s for over a year. On Collins Free time he likes to farm, go kayaking, attend tractor pull events and is quite active in the Sand County Players. Grew up in a large family having siblings of various ages.

JASON HUTKOWSKI

Jason for over 25 years has been working in the farming industry running and servicing irrigation pivots in central sands area, after doing basic training during the summers of his Junior and Senior year Jason served 3 years in the army after high school, he worked his first potato harvest and from there is where the agricultural life stuck for him. Jason also enjoys seeing his customer base being more successful due to their working relationship with Robert’s Irrigation. Jason, in his time away from work, enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, daughter and his 3 sons. He enjoys watching his kids participate in sports and coaching youth sports. When not at the court/field you can find him working on perfecting his charcoal grilling technique.

Jamie started here back in November of 2023 on our Sales & Design team covering the southern part of Wisconsin. He has a background in custom engineered timber manufacturing and construction along with having a degree in Agricultural Business with an emphasis in Agriculture Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. On Jamies spare time he likes too fish, work on the farm and do woodworking.

FRANCISCO CARMONA SOSA

Cranberry & Drip Irrigation
Francisco started with the company back in November of 2023 as part of our sales & design team. He graduated from Chapingo Autonomus University in Mexico (2015) as an Irrigation Engineer. Francisco haves experience in the design and installation of sprinklers and drip irrigation systems in northern part of Mexico for crops such as pecans, avocado, orange, jalapeño pepper, onion, cover crops for grazing and corn, among others. Before joining the team at Roberts Irrigation, he worked as an Irrigation Manager on one of principal potato farms in Texas. Currently Francisco provides technical support in the development of drip and sprinkler irrigation system projects, specifically in hydraulic and agronomic design.

Tim has been with us for many years on the drill rig and in the service department. He is now the Service Manager at our office in Bloomer, WI.

ALEX ZORN
ELECTRICAL & BUILDING SERVICE COORDNIATOR
Alex has been with Roberts since March 2017 started out as a service tech in the field helping in all divisions of the company so has a very wide range of knowledge of the company’s operations. Alex has now been our electrical & building service manager since November of 2023! When younger he helped in various ways on a dairy farm in his free time Alex enjoys anything involving the outdoors but mainly hunting especially with his dog Mack. Other than hunting he does enjoy cooking and helping others!

AMANDA MINCH

Amanda started working in the service department in the summer of 2022. Amanda joined us with 5 years of experience as a welder and fabricator. Today, she assists our service manager with scheduling, overseeing service work, and safety protocol. She enjoys being able to work with others both in the office and the field, and values the knowledge she has gained in the process.

JESSE GRUBA
WELL & PUMP SERVICE COORDINATOR
Jesse came from being a self-employed carpenter to Roberts as a well division lead back in April of 2018 to our Well/Pump/Rehab Coordinator in June of 2023 bringing his bubbly positive attitude with him. Jesse has his CDL for tanker and hazmat. When he was younger, he had bailed hay and worked on a beef farm for a while enjoying working with farmers but did not think he wanted to farm himself. Jesse is married to his high school sweetheart and together they have 4 kids with 1 of his sons who also works for Roberts Irrigation. On Jesse’s free time he likes to hunt, fish and work on the chicken coop for his chickens.

MASTER ELECTRICIAN
Jason grew up on a family cash crop farm where he had his first exposure to irrigation. After high school he graduated from Midstate Technical college with associate degrees in electronics and computer electronics. He started at Roberts Irrigation Company in the fall of 2002. Since then he has acquired his master electrician license and has moved into lead electrician.

DAN TRACY

Dan Tracy started with Roberts Irrigation as an electrical helper in spring of 2018. By winter of 2018 Dan moved over to our parts department. Dan and his wife have one set of twins and enjoy doing many outdoor activities. Dan looks forward to building relationships and helping all our our current and future customers.

CALEB PAPKE
INSIDE SALES/ESTIMATOR
Caleb started working for Roberts Irrigation in spring of 2013. He started as a builder erecting irrigation systems for our customers. In 2016 Caleb moved to our parts department, where he manages our inventory as well as pulls and ships parts to our customers. In Caleb's free time he has a love for hockey, fly fishing and motorcycles. He is one of the first faces you will see when you come to our Parts department.

Graci Meddaugh

Graci started with Roberts March 2023 working in our parts department doing anything from selling the parts and putting parts together with occasionally some welding help when needed! Graci was referred by friends that work with the company as well, she enjoys meeting new customers and that every day is something new on the job. Graci lives on a cranberry marsh where she likes to help along with being outdoors and riding side by sides. Her Favorite life Motto is “It’s important to give it all you have while you have the chance” Something we all could learn to live by!
